KNOX’S GROUP SET MENU

Our traditional Irish pub is the ideal setting for all groups, whether you’re a travel group, work group, hobby group, or everything in between. Our pub is right in the middle of bustling Ennis town, with a relaxing environment that can easily accommodate large numbers in our main bar or in either of our two cosy mezzanine bars. We offer a varied special menu for large groups as listed below.

Starters

  • Southern Fried Chicken Goujons

    Served with our house salad and garlic mayo

  • Prawns Gamberi

    Locally sourced prawns pan-fried in a rich tomato and chilli sauce. Served with garlic and herb sourdough crisps

  • Mozzarella Bruschetta

    Fresh mozzarella on sourdough bread, dressed with basil pesto and sun-dried tomatoes with our house salad

  • Warm Chicken Caesar Salad

    Southern marinated chicken strips, cos lettuce, garlic croutons, sun dried tomatoes and fresh Parmesan shavings bound in our house Caesar dressing. Available as starter or main.

Main Courses

  • Knox's Traditional Fish & Chips

    Fresh fillet of hake in our homemade beer batter, served with mushy peas, tartar sauce, fries and house salad

  • Chef's Chicken Curry

    With roasted red onion, peppers, courgette and served with basmati rice and naan bread

  • Steak Sandwich

    Prime Irish sirloin steak with sauteed mushrooms and onions, served on a lightly toasted ciabatta with a side of creamy peppercorn sauce, house salad and fries

  • Knox's Beef Burger

    Beef burger topped with melted Cheddar cheese, homemade crispy onion rings, on a lightly toasted brioche bun served with fries and house salad

  • Vegetarian Curry

    With roasted red onion, peppers, courgette, sweet potato and chickpeas. Served with basmati rice and naan bread
